Quick Start Guide
Getting started with xSuit is fairly straightforward, but there are a few things you should be aware of in order to get the most out of it. Watch the quick video below or read the text guide further down to know what to do once you receive your xSuit.
Don’t Throw Away The Packaging
After unboxing your xSuit, hold on to the original packaging in case you need to make a return or exchange as this is the most efficient way to ship the xSuit and you won’t need to find or buy another box.
Keep The Tags On
Do not remove the hand tags until you’ve tried on your xSuit and are certain that the fit is right. You can refer to our Perfect Fit Guide for detailed tips on checking the fit.
Don’t Worry If The Waistband Feels Tight
The waistband will loosen over time as you wear it and will ease into a perfect fit as long as you’ve got the size correct.
Lightly Steam Or Iron If Needed
Your xSuit may require steaming or ironing from time to time. This can often be the case when you first take it out of the box. Use a relatively low temperature as it’s usually all that’s needed and can ensure a longer lifespan for your xSuit.
How To Remove Stubborn Wrinkles
To remove stubborn wrinkles, use a hot iron along with an ironing cloth, pillow case or bedsheet in between the iron and your xSuit. This allows you to apply more heat while protecting the fabric from burns.
Carefully Open The Pockets If Needed
All the pockets on your xSuit are functional pockets. The outer ones are simply closed with a single piece of thread that’s easy to remove with a pair of scissors (carefully!). We recommend only opening pockets if you really need them as keeping them closed will retain the shape and avoid them drooping over time.
Products
Our products are designed and engineered in the USA. All trims and other components are sourced from Japan. Manufacturing takes place in China where employees are paid fairly, given benefits, and work regulated hours.
xSuit is made of proprietary high-end Japanese-developed polyester blend mixed with high-quality viscose/rayon that has been infused with USA-grade nanotechnology making the fabric liquid, wrinkle, and odor repellent.

Our patented nanotechnology was developed in the USA and is the highest-grade nanotechnology currently available. It is not commonly found in clothing brands due to its cost and the level of expertise required to implement it.

Additionally, our nanotechnology is environmentally friendly. It is fully biodegradable and does not contain any arsenic, tin, heavy metals or polychlorinated phenols.
Note that the liquid-repellent feature is not permanent and will diminish over time the more you wash your garments.
Our nanotechnology is developed in the USA and is 100% safe and environmentally friendly.
Our nanotechnology is patented and far superior to any products. After extensive testing, we have determined that our garments can be cleaned up to 10 times before the nanothechnology starts to slowly fade. After 10 cleaning, the nanotechnology starts to diminish about 1% per every cleaning.
The xSuit is splash, water and dust resistant and has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance will decrease as a result of normal wear and washing. Liquid damage is not covered under our warranty.
Orders & Cancellations
If you haven't received a confirmation within a few hours of placing your order, check your Spam or Junk folders, or reach out to us at [email protected] or through live chat.
Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with your parcel tracking number.
We offer the possibility to pay either by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by PayPal or Apple Pay.
Yes, we’ve partnered with Klarna and Alma to offer interest-free payment plans at no additional cost.
You can modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. If 24 hours have passed, you will need to set up a return after receiving the package and apply for an exchange or a refund. If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners.
All our shipments within European Union include all taxes and duties according to the rates in force.
For order outside European Union, taxes and duties maybe requested upon delivery by locals customs. We recommend to check locals rules before ordering. We are always happy to help, if you need more information chat with us or email us at [email protected]
If the order was placed within 7 days of the price change, we’d be happy to issue store credits for any price difference.
Shipping & Deliveries
We can ship to all clountries within European Union and Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom.
We offer Free shipping to Europe for orders from 200€.

At the moment we are only able to offer Priority Shipping which takes around 4-7 business days for most countries.
Delivery times do not include processing, which can take 1-2 business days.
We offer priority shipping for all our products. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days to be delivered.
Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the products ordered will be delivered in one go.
Once the order has been confirmed, the address indicated by the customer cannot be changed. The liability of the carrier or XSUIT EUROPE cannot be sought in the event of an impossibility of delivery due to an imprecision in the delivery address (it being specified that the designation of PO boxes is prohibited).
The package is delivered to the recipient's letterbox or against signature if its weight is greater than 5kg. If the recipient's mailbox cannot contain the package, a calling card is left there. It indicates the coordinates of the place where the customer can collect the package. The customer has 15 consecutive days to collect it. Beyond this period, the package will be returned.
In general, we cannot change a delivery address after confirming your order. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, we can change it. To know the status of your order, you can send us an email at [email protected] indicating your order number.
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours. To facilitate your delivery, we recommend that you indicate an address allowing you to receive the goods during the day. If possible, you can indicate your place of work. Likewise, we invite you to regularly check the status of your order using the tracking number that has been communicated to you. Finally, do not forget to indicate a valid phone number, which will allow the delivery person to contact you directly before his passage.
Orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 4 to 7 business days for most countries.
After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we send you an email to the address you provided with a direct link to track your package. If you did not receive that email or cannot locate your tracking link, reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we can help track down your order.
In the event of incomplete delivery of your order, we invite you to inform us by email at [email protected] to request a new delivery - shipping costs are at our expense.
We attach particular importance to the quality of our products and we are very attentive to the comments of our customers. If you find the item received as visibly defective, please return it to us. If the item is indeed found to be defective, you can send by email to [email protected] the invoice from the carrier in order to obtain reimbursement of the return costs. Upon receipt of your return, we will send the item in question to our quality department, which will determine the causes of this concern. If it is indeed a manufacturing defect on our part, we will offer you an exchange or, depending on your preference, a refund of your item.
All products delivered to the carrier are and remain in perfect condition. In the event of delivery of damaged or incomplete merchandise, you can refuse the delivery and mention your reservations on the delivery note. You will then have to inform us by email at [email protected] and request a new compliant delivery or the cancellation of your order as well as its refund.
Taxes & Duties for orders within European Union
All our shipments to these countries include all taxes and duties according to the rates in force.
Taxes & Duties for orders outside European Union
For order outside European Union, taxes and duties maybe requested upon delivery by locals’ customs. You will need to pay the carrier at the time of delivery to release your order. Please note: If you refuse your package upon arrival, the package can be destroyed by customs and we won't be able to issue any refund. If the package is returned, refund will be made minus the courrier return fee. We recommend checking locals’ rules before ordering. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 30-day hassle free exchanges and refunds for items that are returned in brand new original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact. Gift cards and clearance sale items are non-refundable. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories (hangers, collar tips, spare buttons, etc.).
The return costs are not covered by XSUIT EUROPE, so you can choose the carrier you want. Customers outside European Union are responsible for customs clearance.
Due to the hygienic nature of masks, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened.

For Exchanges Only
If the new desired size is not available, our team will contact you and offer a refund. On promotions that include a “free” item with the order, the promotional item cannot be exchanged.
For Refunds Only
Refunds are made to the original payment method used during purchase or can be received as store credit.
In this case, XSUIT EUROPE must reimburse the customer for all sums paid, after verification of the products, without undue delay and from receipt of the products returned by the customer.
XSUIT EUROPE, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories or require cleaning or ironing. In addition, XSUIT EUROPE reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.
We offer 100 Days hassle free exchanges and refunds for items that are returned in brand new original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the hang tags intact. Gift cards and clearance sale items are non-refundable. All product returns must be shipped back in their original packaging and include all accessories (hangers, collar tips, spare buttons, etc.). Once we receive your package back at our warehouse, we'll inspect the condition of your package. When its conditions are approved, we'll send your new package right away or we’ll issue your refund - depending on the option you chose. Please note that returns may take up to 7 business days to process after arriving at our warehouse. If you selected a refund, we will process this back onto your original payment method on file. Keep in mind that it can take your financial institution 7-14 business days to process the refund.
Warranty
Our garments have a limited one-year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.
At xSuit, we stand behind the quality of our products 100%. We have a 1-year warranty period on any defects in materials or workmanship.
Keep in mind that we don't cover issues caused by altering (such as hemming), exposure to harsh chemicals, or if the defect has been caused by excessive wear and tear. If you’re unsure if it’s wear and tear or a manufacturing issue, contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help.
The xSuit 3.0, 2.0 and 1.0 are splash, water, and dust resistant and have been tested under controlled laboratory conditions. Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance will decrease as a result of normal wear and washing. This is highly dependent on the frequency of washing and the method of washing (whether dry clean or machine wash). Please follow our care instructions on the garment, hand-tags or care page here.
Liquid damage is not covered under our warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at [email protected] for a warranty evaluation. Our warranty team will review your request and issue further instructions. Proof of purchase necessary.
Use this checklist to ensure you have everything you need to complete your warranty claim:
- Please have your order number ready when you send us a claim at [email protected]
- Take a picture of the issue that you're experiencing with your xSuit gear to send in the email claim. Pictures help a lot when our Customer Support team is diagnosing and troubleshooting product issues. Attaching demonstrative pictures to your warranty claim form will help us to better help you!
- Our Customer Support team will review your warranty claim form and respond via email as soon as possible. We may offer additional troubleshooting steps before proceeding.
- If your warranty claim is approved, we will exchange the defective item for a brand new and working replacement of the same item when possible. xSuit will cover any return shipping fees.
Sizing
There are 3 simple ways to find your size.
1. Use our 'Find My Size' button and get sized instantly.
2. Open the chat at the corner of your page, hit sizing assistance, and provide your height and weight as well as fit preference (slim, regular or relaxed), and we'll size you.
3. Measure yourself and use our size chart on every product page.
We offer a wide range of sizes and provide detailed size charts with all the measurements needed to find your size. Our garments are made with premium stretch fabrics that give you the option to size down for a slimmer fit without feeling tight. Our suit lengths are optimized for most people from 158cm to 193cm.
If your height is within that range, pls provide us with your height and weight and we will assist you with finding your perfect size.
If you fall out of that range, our team is constantly working on expanding our size range based on demand and we appreciate feedback to expedite certain product launches.
All our products can be tailored and altered with the right expertise, though we highly recommend doing so with a tailor that is confident he is able to work with our materials and constructions as they are not always standard.
Tailoring is not always recommended due to our thermo-fused construction.
Our products are designed to fit most men between 158cm to 193cm. If for some reason yours don’t fit quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
A forewarning that we do not take responsibility for any alteration - and doing so voids any and all of our warranties and returns/exchange policies. So do so at your own risk.

Care & Maintenance
Detailed care instructions can be found on all garment labels. Our nanotechnology allows you to wear your garments for longer time before needing to be washed or dry cleaned. Less washing or dry cleaning means a longer lifespan for your xSuit, not to mention time and money saved.

If stained, use a wet cloth or napkin to wipe off the stain or clean the dirty area by hand with cold water and soap.
If starting to smell, the xSuit 4.0 and 3.0 can be washed by hand or in a washing machine on a delicate, cold cycle with light detergent. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Please note the xSuit 2.0/1.0 is dry clean only.
All of our garments should be washed in cold water without fabric softener and hung to dry.
All care instructions can be found on the garment label. Never use harsh chemicals or bleach. For our nanotechnology-infused garments, we recommend washing less to increase their lifespan and keep them looking new for longer.
You will occasionally need to iron or steam your xSuit, especially after washing it in the washing machine (xSuit 4.0 and 3.0 only). Use the lowest temperature possible and quick strokes to smooth out any wrinkles.
For stubborn wrinkles, use a hot iron along with an ironing cloth, pillow case or bedsheet in between the iron and your garment. This allows you to apply more heat while protecting the fabric from burns.
The xSuit 4.0 and 3.0 are machine washable and should not be dry cleaned.
The xSuit 2.0 and 1.0 are dry clean only.

If you forgot to apply your discount code, just send a quick message to our support team and we’ll do our best to help you out.
Gift cards and discount codes can be entered during checkout (tap ‘Show order summary’ on mobile).
Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes expire after the promotion has ended (usually 1-2 weeks), and cannot be used more than once.
Discount codes do not work with discounted product bundles since there is already a discount being applied, but gift cards can still be used.
If you have already used a coupon code in the past, you will likely not be able to use it again for a second purchase.
